Customized Flooring Solutions
Our Carpet Tiles orders are tailored to your company’s requirements in terms of size, texture, color, and arrangement. Changes are restricted when an order is confirmed and materials are sourced. We strongly advise:
Going over all the measurements and specifications during the consultation
Checking the tile kind, color, and layout design prior to installation
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If you notice a defect or receive the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of installation. We’ll assess the situation and offer one of the following:
- Free repair or reinstallation
- Replacement of defective materials
- A partial refund if rework is not feasible
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your booking within 24 hours of confirmation without penalty.
After 24 hours:
- A cancellation fee may be applied based on the amount of material ordered and work done
- If installation is already scheduled or underway, refund options are limited
Non-Refundable Cases
Due to the customized nature of carpet tile services, refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Change of mind after approval or installation
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Slight color differences due to lighting or screen variations
- Wear or damage caused by improper use or installation\
